I forgot to cover my belly at night with a blanket. When I woke up 4am my belly was a little cold.

That wont harm your baby. Don't worry about it. Our babies are safe in warm in their little ovens. Your core temp is what matters and no blanket wont change that much. :) so sleep sound and comfy
Your baby will be fine. You don't know how many times I've done that. I sometimes get so hot at night, even now during winter. I don't think it will harm your baby.
I'm sure the baby is fine. Your body will probably wake you up if your body temperature rises or falls significantly, and remember, they're protected inside us, where it's nice and warm. For that to change, we'd have to be exposed to the elements a lot longer than you were. I always think that they have a pretty nice life in there. :)
