? Elevated sugar and protein

I had my doctoe appt yesterday and was a little bummed because eventhough I've had a ton of contractions I'm still at 1-2 cm. Ugh. But I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about elevated sugar and protein in urine. They said there was some in mine but not to worry about it for now. ?? Just wondering what it means as the most info I got from them was I'm sure its fine we'll check again next week.

Thx ladies. I'm trying to stay positive etc. Just seems to be one thing after another and like time is at a standstill. I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling this way. At least the end is in sight...they called to tell me they'd induce me at 39 wks if I hadn't popped because of the protein. Hoping to avoid that.

If it increases then its bad. I had to have a c section because all of the protein in ny urine and my blood pressure was high. I went to the drs last tuesday had 300 in my urine and then had to do a 24hr urine thing and then went back Thursday and my BP was high so they sent me to the hospital and it wss 2000. So it can increase quickly. I had a c section last friday because I wouldn't dilate past 3CM
