I am taking Pregnacare Multivitamins as they seem well recommended.. But eating a good diet also is needed to give baby the best start :)
I love prenatal vitamins that are whole foods based, meaning they are made from food, so your body is better able to use the vitamins in them, and they are gentle on your stomach. The two ones that I LOVE are New Chapter Prenatal Vitamins and I also love the ones made by Rainbow Light.
They also contain ginger which is wonderful for morning sickness!
