I'm not going to get into the vaccination debate on your thread. I too have seen deaths from newborns being vaccined, I have watched nephews go from normal functioning to being on the autism spectrum after receiving the Mmr. The deaths of the week old newborn was the toughest!! And the doctor was at a loss for words, and he hinted it was probably because of the vaccine. There are horrible vaccines stories, more than ones from not being vaccined. We are giving more vaccines to our kids and all these diseases are on the rise including autism. God entrusted my kids to keep them safe and in the most natural state he gave them too, and that is what I intend to do. Pray about it, and discuss it with your partner/husband. Gather as many facts as you can vs. just another moms opinion, including mine. Good luck and best wishes for your little one.

I agree to get informed. I don't want my children to die from diseases that are easily prevented with with vaccinations. I don't want to endanger the lives of other children by potentially exposing them to preventable diseases. I will vaccinate because I have had had to attend 2 funerals for babies who weren't vaccinated and got exposed to chicken pox (19 mos) and pertussis (6mos) in a daycare where people chose not to vaccinate. It was literally the worst days I've experienced and I'm still in awe of the heartache I saw during those funerals. The choice is yours as a mom and we have to do what we feel is right, what we're comfortable with...but remember that the diseases they protect against are serious...

I urge you to read the ingredients in vaccines on the CDC website. Then decide which of them you actually want to injection in your child. I learned this the hard way, and I now refuse to poison my kids. Good luck. It's every parents choice for their kids, and I'm not judging. Just get informed and educated, so you don't regret it later.

For my 19month old son I always ask my dr what each shot is and why is it important for him to get it. His dr has a 22 month old daughter so he is always honest with me about it and if he doesn't agree with one or something he will always explain why he thinks that.
