finding it hard to sleep! :-(

I seem to spend all my night's off work turning from side to side in bed everythings so uncomfortable. And then when I do get comfy I need the toilet. It's worse when iv worked as I work nights I fan never get a good days sleep x hmm.. Can't wait till I go on maternity leavexx

Me too.   Can't get comfortable,  and I get heartburn all the time, both of which keep me from sleeping.  :(

I have been goin to bed earlier to allow more time for sleep, but am also getting up more to pee or from discomfort.  I am very sleepy most days!  Just had my thyroid re-tested and it's I good range, so my OB says I'm just tired because I'm pregnant and it's also a cold dreary winter here.  I allow myself 2 cups of 1/2 caff coffee per day to get through work, otherwise I think I'd be a zombie at work!  

I know I won't be sleeping well after the baby gets here, so I'm just trying to stay as well-rested as possible for now.

I can't sleep very well either . I work late evenings and some overnights. Like u as soon as I get comfy I have to pee. I hope someone can shed some light on this.
