rubella

i am 8-9 weeks pregnant and had a blood test last week. It has come back and it says rubella IgG antibody is detected. What does this mean? Is my baby at risk?

It sounds like it means you have at one time in your life had rubella.  If the antibody is detected, it means you had rubella before and can't get it again.  Do you remember having had rubella?  I don't know if a rubella vaccine will give you a positive titer for rubella antibody or not.
