throwing up & peeing at the same time
I am 35 & pregnant for the first time. The last week I've been throwing up everyday due to morning sickness. The problem is that I haven't been able to control by bladder while I puke. It's only been a small amount that I release from my bladder, but this last time I peed so much I feel like I need a diaper. Am I the only one with this issue? If not how long will it last?
You might start doing the kegel exercises to help strengthen your muscles down there. Not sure how to explain it but you can probably Google a explication on it. Also talk to your Dr at your next appt about it for suggestions from them. And wearing a pad could help at least keep you dry.
