upper abdominal pain

Im 32w and having intense pain in between my ribs.. like right in my solar plex area. I cant sleep on my back or it gets worse and because of this awesome heartburn I have to sit up. Im seriously having a breakdown from this. I havent slept in a week.. im so exhausted. I think its safe to say im only having 1 kid :/ anyone experience anything like this??

Take Zantac and sleep on your left side! Also, don't try to sleep on your back, it's not safe for you or baby. Good luck☺️

I have extreme pain in my left rib, it's been there for like a week now and no matter what I do I can't get comfortable. Finally, last night I iced it for a while and I'm feeling much better :-) also, I get reflux laying on my back so I take zantac, my dr says that's ok to take
