uterus pain

I have been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen right above my hips.  What do you do for this type of pain? I have been trying to take Tylenol but it doesn't really help. Any suggestions?

I have that pain too. Sometimes it goes down my right leg and it's excruciating.  I asked my doctor she said it's probably the baby pushing on a nerve and to try and stretch it out or walk around and take Tylenol.  I found taking Epsom salt bath really helps.

Ya I can normally get Tylenol to help it but summertimes it does get really bad you can take a warm bath and that might help relieve the pain

Could be round ligament stretching?!? I get that at the base of my belly on the sides only. It sorts feels like cramps or sometimes a pulling feeling.
