That's a sign of low potassium...bananas and kiwi are some good sources of potassium.
It can be lack of water also and if it's low potassium cantaloupe has more potassium than a banana. :)
And stretch your muscles once a day.

I found that taking a calcium supplement with dinner helps a lot. I am plenty hydrated and was eating bananas but it didn't help, the extra calcium did though. I think mine were caused by my body leaching calcium to build tiny bones from my muscles, which is easier for it than taking it from your bones first.
What are Charlie horses? Not a term we use in Australia that I'm aware of
