Yeah all completely normal. I'm getting horrible cramping which leaves me in tears every second evening or so. Usually lasts around 45 mins before it eases off. I stretch, drink water, change position and usually have a warm shower. If the cramps get stronger and closer together then they are contractions. This is my second baby and didn't get these first time round. I get heaps of pressure in my pelvis too and usually can't sit for very long, very frustrating indeed!

Drink water, if I ever feel like that I drink more water and it doesn't take long before I feel so much better!
