12 weeks and i look fat

Hello ladies, I am in my 12th week and I look fat already! When is it going to look like I am pregnant instead than just fat? Although I wasn't skinny to start with (BMI 25)...

Also, I was hoping for my symptoms to subside a little, but they are changing to stinking headaches and occasional fainting feeling on top of the rest! Any of you is experiencing the same?

Me too. My symptoms have changed from nausea to sudden dizziness/headaches and feeling weight around my bladder area (I've been upgraded to 13wks Wednesday from 12+1wk on Tuesday). I have gained between 1 and 2kg (which is normal range). Apparently we are meant to gain an additional 5.4kg in the second trimester!!! Yikes! I recall last time that I hadn't gained weight so that should've been a sign that baby wasn't growing :( Trying to stay positive and hoping that every symptom is a sign that our baby is making his/her way to us! I have these random bursts of excitement lol!
