$150 here for Gender reveal, an app for your phone that plays the ultrasound, cd with all the pics, a video of the ultrasound, printed pictures, and a stuffed animal with the heart beat.

I'm from Canada and mine is costing $120 for a 45 min appointment that comes with pictures.

I'm pretty sure insurance doesn't, at least I know for sure mine doesn't and I have United health care. I've  looked up the prices for my area and some of them go up to the $200 range.
