Are you considered in your second trimester at three months or is it once you hit 14 weeks?
Yes 14 weeks is your second trimester. I'm on my third pregnacy and it took me to be pregnant with my second child to understand this. There are 3 trimesters totaling at or around 40 weeks and when divided by 3 you'll have 13 weeks for each trimester with that one odd week of wiggle room left over for stubborn babies like my daughter was at 41 weeks.
The end of your 12th week is the end of the first trimester. Day One of week 13 is the start of the second.
