Anyone else starting to swell?

I'm 29+5 and I was out shopping with my husband today. By the time I got home I had legs like sausages and was waddling like anything! I expected it from 33 weeks on but this feels very early. Anyone else swelling yet?

I got swelling so bad throughout the summer it's worse when it's hot. I'm currently am 29 weeks and get swelling after I've been busy. Rest your feet a I've your head for 30 mins each night, freeze a hot water bottle and sleep with that. If you doesn't go away and you get swelling in your hands, face or high blood pressure or protein in your urine that indicates preeclampsia and is serious.  Generally develops after 33 weeks though. I got it first time and am getting monitored closely this time for it.

I'm 30 weeks now and have been swelling for 2 weeks. If I do not put my feet up for at least an hour in the afternoon, I can't step on my feet by 19:00. It is the beginning of Autmn for us, but still feels like summer.
Best of luck to all of you.

Lol! I'll have to do that. I'll also try the epsom salt bath, I wanted to se if it worked for others so now I know I'll order some tonight! Thanks

Have started swelling some starting at 25 weeks. But I work at an inpatient unit at a hospital so I am always on my feet. The best thing that has helped is the epsom salt bath.  And just put your feet up some. And it wouldn't be a bad time to ask your partner for a massage ;)

Just make sure you get your urine checked for protein and your blood pressure checked to make sure it's not high. If it's normal then there's not a lot we can do. I got this with my first but not until 32/33 weeks but we're coming into spring and it's a bit warmer so that might be why. I'm up through the night for even more bathroom visits because of the fluid draining. Pregnancy ain't pretty! lol

I just started this. I'm 28&3 and just took a trip home to see family in the DR. The day after I arrived went around to do a lot of errands and by night was super tired and my feet got swollen. Is been three days and my feet are still swollen! My shoes barely fit me =/ I'm hoping this is nothing to worry about but I've never seen my feet swollen like this and hoping maybe when I get back to the cold weather they go back?? Any advice on what I can do?

It's horrible isn't it! Have you tried the tips like laying off salt or epsom salt baths?
