I told my doctor about how I itch at night and he said I should try Benadryl to help but one pill didn't do anything on the box it says I can take two but idk if I should being pregnant pease help and soon itching driving me crazy!!

Are you moisturizing? With all the stretching your skin is doing, you need extra moisture. Try drinking more water and using something like bio oil.

I have had to take 2 as well when I was having allergies really bad I read it's safe on med list from the doc but I would ask just in case
