I get them everyday no mater what I do. It feels like my stomach is caving in and takes my breath away. I will say its uncomfortable not so much painful. It doesn't make me scream or cry. Im glad it only lasts a few secs! It maked me have to pee almost immediately afterwards
I have both painful and unpainful bh. But u can't always go off of what u read as to how u will feel, because I swear slot of the stuff is written by men who has never and will never have babies. Some r written by female drs, an wonder if in fact they have had children yet...for instance they say u can't feel ur baby move til week 18-20 wrong! I know for a fact I felt bub around 12-13 weeks..it was soft but I could feel him. This is also not my first. With my first I didn't feel him til super late into my pregnancy. Other women can vouch for this. Plus what one person considers painful another won't and visa versa. So when it comes to how something will feel or a level of pain, don't go by reading, learn by ur own body and experience. With my first bh didn't hurt a bit, but this time many of them do so...
I didn't get any with my first pregnancy or none that I noticed anyways. I'm currently 33 weeks and had the worst cramping last night on and off for over 30 mins I was in absolute agony. I'm assuming they were Braxton hicks they went with a warm shower and wheat pack and lots of stretching out
Mine are painful like extremely stop me in my tracks painful I hate it and my son loves to role around during them which makes it worse I'm 34 weeks so idk if it's because I'm further along or what but they SUCK!
Personally I have a mixture of both painful bh and not painful bh. This is my 3rd pregnancy and all of them have been like this. Braxton hicks is the uterus contracting and preparing for labour. Every person is different and have different pain levels.
