Swollen feet

This is my 2nd baby but the first time I experience swollen feet. Maybe it's the heat I am not sure but I hate it because  they look horrible. My BP is low like usual is there anything  I can do to bring the swelling down? I have so many events still to come and I would hate to go with huge feet

Try to stay away from salt that will make it worse. I had a pedicure the other day. It has been 6 years since my last one when I was pregnant with my daughter. Anyway they wrapped hot wet towels around my legs, it felt like heaven! I don't know if it will bring the swelling down but it sure felt good! I am going to have to do it to myself!

Have your husband massage the fluid out of them.  It hurts like hell but helps big time.  Has to be done at least every other day.  My husband says it feels like a ketchup packet :( my feet are horrible but that helps me.

My feet goes up and down..typically down when I wake up in the morning and huge by the afternoon...Only thing keeps them down is elevation, but unfortunately I can't just last in the bed all day. Ended up just getting a pedicure and going with flip flops because my shoes don't fit anymore.

I've been wearing flip flops or crocs for the past two weeks cuz my shoes no longer fit. I'm almost 39 weeks. Stay hydrated and whenever possible put your feet up, it won't cure it but it will help.

I'm suffering the same thing right now. I'm 39 weeks. My feet are massive. I hate looking at them. I've had my feet up all day and swelling will not go down. Seems to be one thing after another now. I'm soooooo fed up. Hope it works for you xx
