Maybe have a look at what food groups you may be lacking in, usually when u have a craving its because ur body is telling u to eat something but sometimes we automatically assume its sugar.. have a look on google 'what my body wants when I crave sugar' xx goodluck with ur pregnancy!

I am having trouble with sweets and it scares me. A few years ago I lost almost 100 pounds and I don't want to have to try and lose that amount again.. Especially with being a mommy. Its hard! So I'm trying to really limit it. I try a sweeter cereal or a small package of my step kids fruit snacks or some non dairy ice cream instead of going for the donut or cookie I want!
That's how I was with my first. Which was a girl :) just be careful! I did gain 50 lbs. I know it's hard but try eating like one a day.
