Drinking water

Before I was pregnant I never drunk water. It made me feel sick.  I'd get bad headaches and feel dizzy. I'm pregnant and I HAVE to drink it. I tried to only drink water today. I have the worst headache right now and I felt like I was going to pass out in the shower. Maybe it's my sugar? Idk.

I am a huge fan of water. But only started to love it the closer I got to 30, lol! I'm so thirsty this pregnancy. I squeeze fresh lemon in my water on days that it seems like I can never quench my thirst. It helps! It reduces swelling, and i just feel better when I get at least 64oz in.

I put a drop of cranberry juice in my water, or sometimes squeeze a lemon into it to give my water added flavor. Adding ice cubes really helps too!

I'm thinking about using a sweetener with no added sugar in my water bottles. It'll help make me forget I'm actually drinking water.

This happens a lot to me in the shower. I leave the door open now so all the steam doesn't stay in the bathroom & I try to use cool water if possible. Also if I shower in the mornings I make sure to eat first. These things seemed to help me out.
