I look on YouTube for prenatal workouts. I would workout before I got pregnant and I just changed the intensity a little after the first few weeks. All you can do is Lauren to your body. If you start to feel uncomfortable then just slow it down a little. :) enjoy your workout though, it'll help with you energy level and any mid songs that might come with the pregnancy.

They told me I could continue my regular work out just no kick boxing! Everybody is different though so its best to ask your doc first!

Look on YouTube for maternity  workouts.  I like walking  the treadmill and zumba. I want to  stay active this pregnancy. I wish it was warm outside.  I love walks. Its the best low impact workout for us

Yes you're supposed to workout while pregnant. My job is very physical and requires me to constantly lift objects often 50 pounds or more, run up and down several flights of stairs a day, plus I'm constantly on my feet walking around for 9 hours. I'm already in good shape so my doctor said it's fine for me to stay at my job throughout my pregnancy. If you didn't work out before you got pregnant then take it easy and take walks, do yoga, do some light weight lifting, or go swimming.

I work out of an hour in the mornings 5 days a week, though my intensity has changed. I too have gained more weight than I should, even working out.  My ob says to continue working out But to keep my heart rate around 140 and not to over heat.
