Hi :) new mommy to be. I was wondering what can I eat specifically like, what not and what to eat.

Eat only foods that you can stomach. Your body will tell you. If you have no food aversions you are very lucky. Just remember to stay away from alcoholic drinks, and raw or foods that are not well done...moderation with everything. Eat yogurt, eggs, protein shakes, lots of fruits even dried fruits as snacks, saltine crackers. Eat every 2 hrs to keep nausea at bay. Fluids...
