Help! Fever & terrible headaches

I'm 7w3d now.  Yesterday, I suddenly came down with a fever - started from a sore throat, then chills and fever got up to 100.6 quickly.  I took Tylenol and it came down to 99.8.  But after a couple hours, it spiked up to 101.8 and I threw up.  I'm not sure how much Tylenol I could take.  It's 4am here and I couldn't sleep... I'm feeling really shaky and dizzy.  My throbbing headache is killing me.  I did the cold towel compression on my forehead and under my neck.  It doesn't help at all.  Gosh, it hurts so bad right now.  I'm in tears and hoping for some relief from the fever and pain without having to take Tylenol so often. Anyone knows any home remedy that actually works for bringing down the fever and relieving the headaches?  Thank you sooooooo much for your tips!!! I'm ready to try anything... :'(

Keep cool and hydrated. Have you tried putting your feet in a cool bath/bucket while relaxing on the couch? Hope you feel better soon.

Good to know you are sweating...your body is releasing the toxins. Take tylenol. My OB said its effective. Hope youre fine..

Thanks for reply!  Fever broke an hour ago... tepid bath worked, temp down to 100.1, soaking sweats, feeling totally exhausted, hope to catch up some sleep.  It was probably >102.5 for a few hours last night. FX the baby will be okay.  I just feel like crying...  Hope the worst is over...
