I'm the same way. I've been swimming about every other day which really helps take the weight off and stretch my hips. I've also used heat on my glutes, used a foam roller, and done prenatal massage. A combo of everything really helps but I have to be consistent.
Yup I have that. I feel like an 80 yr old woman. When I get up initial I can't walk normal. I have to ease into walking lol. Craziness!
Same problem, no relief so far and it's just getting worse.
Yes, unfortunately its normal. Try stretching if you can it'll help a bit.
