Huge Toothache

I need some advice.
I have not slept during the night due to the most excruciating toothache.
I cannot go to a dentist as my medical aid does not pay for it and I cannot afford it.
Do any of you know of a home remedy I can try?

you can try clove oil to dull the pain...but you need to have the tooth treated.  it is likely the pain you feel is infection...not muscular. I am not sure where you live, but there are many low income clinics. call your county or a hospital.  they most likely can refer you.

Tooth aches are the worst and I honestly would suggest you make effort to go to the dentist some doctors may give you a low income payment plan you might want to look into it.. but I have heard from my grandma in the past that if you put Warm Clove oil or if you can't find clove oil then put warm water and a couple of cloVes just to sit in your mouth for about 15 minutes 3 times a day.. when you're done Spit the water or oil out. I hope this helps or I hope somebody gives you a solution because I know toothaches are horrible :(
