Is 23 weeks to early to set up baby room/equipment?

Bored and thinking of fixing up baby room. I already have everything I am getting besides cloths. Not painting but using decals. Think its to early? When did/are you starting to put things together?

I had all the furniture set up at 12 weeks only because I didn't want it just sitting there. But this week(25 weeks) I'll be putting the finishing touches to the room by putting up wall decals and matching curtains. And sorting through all the clothing and stocking my changetable full of all the stuff that needs to go there. I don't think it's ever too early. It's good to be organised :).

If you can paint and want to, do it now. That way the fumes will be gone before baby comes. And go for it, it's not too early if you've get the space.

After your first trimester I say start buying baby stuff. Also if you have the energy now do it. I'm having my 3rd and already buying outfits thinking if things we need to do for the new baby.. If this is your first enjoy getting the nursery together (even if it's not your 1st) I love being prepared and organized. With my 1st I had everything done by 29 weeks. I loved just sitting in the room dreaming of meeting my new baby. Now with my 3rd I'm more worried about getting everything cleaned out and organized. I think I'm driving my husband mad. Lol. With the two older ones I'm cleaning out their clothes (what fits & what is too small), what toys are old and broken, cleaning out the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. EVERYTHING. Once the baby comes time will be limited. So go for it!!! And remember if something doesn't get done the baby won't mind ;-)

Haha I set up our nursery when I was about 18w or something. Just the cot, change table, shelf and toy chest. Don't know the sex so won't be painting or anything.

Its never to early u dont wanna wait Too late in ur Pregnancy, im 26 weeks and already started, I rather be prepared than behind, Good Luck Mom...
