L&D

any moms went through labor n delivery alone ? I wanted my mom n sis Dere but my sis is scared of seeing me in pain lol (she doesn't deal with pain good). N den my mom is ashamed of me being pregnant at 20 cuz I'm single n still livin at home so I don't want her Dere anymore. As a mother ur suppose to support ur child no matter n not judge them.

if you can afford it, look into hiring a doula. they're trained birth coaches. otherwise maybe ask a close friend? you don't need another person with you, but it is very comforting to know someone's there for you. we're all strong women and are born to do this.

I went and will be doing it again. It was peaceful and the nurses was very helpful. My first pregnancy was at 16 and even though my mom was there in the room I was still basically alone. She didn't help out or encourage. You can do it as for me I think doing l&d + pregnancy alone has made me a stronger person stronger mother
