I love my snoogle pillow! It's amazing and really helps pressure. If it hart's to lay flat on either side sometimes I use a chair pillow and sit up in bed. He has been really low so sometimes sitting is uncomfortable so I try to stand and pace. Probably driving my husband nuts lol
Completely normal. I'm prego w baby 3. Working out REALLY helps, I just have a home prenatal DVD workout video by Joy Southworth (I got on Amazon) it's only 30 mins long so it's easy to do. Or I walk 2 miles outside. It makes a HUGE difference. It doesn't make all pains go away but so much better. Plus it will help with delivery and recovery after baby. I have round ligament pain and severe hip pain, but if I don't workout I feel worse. I still wake up about 5 times a night, & I have to keep up w my 18 month old baby & very active 7 yo. I just started yoga which has made a big impact on helping my hip pain. Also try a maternity belt (I got mine on Amazon), it will help too.
Someone bought me a pillow called a snoogle!!! I sleep so well now it is a must have!!!
Help and gained** sorry this auto correct is horrible.
Are you exercising? As much as it hurts in the beginning to exercise, it really does hellp. You will be sore the first few times if you haven't been exercising but honestly it really helps with the aches and pains. I have been a little lazy this pregnancy and started a few weeks ago. I feel like a different person. I haven't going any weight in almost a month in fact I lost a few lbs and I feel wonderful physically and mentally. I'm telling you.. eating healthy and exercising is the trick to a comfortable pregnancy.
