Relaxing. My hips ache so much in bed. Right hand pelvis muscles make me limp some days. Feel like I'm falling apart.

Yip its normal. I have that problem too. I forget the name of the hormone that causes it but its to relax the muscles/ligaments for expanding purposes

I'm 18 weeks and my hips started hurting at 16 weeks. Especially at night when I'm trying to sleep. I get bad hip cramps. Dr said it's normal growing pains. Ugh

It's most likely from your hips getting wider. Don't worry about it :) soak in a warmish bath and it should help :) I have back pain so it hurts my hips also. I'll be 18 weeks Friday. Ask someone to give you a lower back massage it helps!!

Not sure. i believe its normal this is my first pregnancy and i have had some pain in my hips too. My husband jokes and says my hips look wider and i think hes right. I think the cramps are from hips spreading
