Missed Miscarriage

Im such a hypochondriac. I easily get paranoid about things. Ive read that Missed MC has no signs or symptoms. No cramping, no bleeding, and positive PT. But you will still feel slight pregnancy symptoms like breast tenderness and food aversions. Ewww. Scary!!!

Well, there could be symptoms but mainly 6th sense kicks in. My symptoms just suddenly disappeared and four days before my 12 wk scan i felt a sharp pain with fever that resulted in some of fluid leakage. The pain didnt last longer than 5 mins but i recall going to the loo every few minutes which wasnt right. I thought it was normal discharge but it was a lot more than ive seen before. I still had the slight cramps afterwards which made my body believe all was still well but i knew something wasnt right. The day of the scan i just didnt feel pregnant anymore and the scan revealed fetal demise at 9wk5. I miscarried naturally 3 days later. Dont get stressed about it, there is usually nothing that can be done to save the baby. Its just natures way of selecting the strongest. Im sure you are ok. Try not to read too many scary stories.

Well...I had one in May. In my case I had some spotting at week 4 which then stopped and I had cramping during that week too. My symptoms pretty much disappeared by mid week 6 and that is when I knew there was something wrong. I had my hcg levels taken to monitor the situation and they stopped doubling too. So I think sometimes you can tell before the scan shows no heart beat.

Yea, I looked it up as well...I went to the doctor and he said I wasn't as far along as I thought, so it had me freaked out that maybe the baby just stopped developing, which I hope is not true...I try not to be a Debby downer, but sometimes its difficult...Good luck with everything!
