Sneeze and wee
Hi I am currently 20+4 weeks pregnant and every time I sneeze I wee a little. Why is this happening ? How can I prevent this from continuing ?
I do this..you can try Kegals but they arnt always the solution. I wear a panty liner thru the day to help in case of this happening! It's a completely normal part of pregnancy.
Happens I have had it as well :) try your kegals as the above person mentioned it will help :) good luck
