My Braxton Hicks are painful. It seems there more painful now at 31 wks. Sometimes I literally have to stop & take a min they hurt so bad. I'm prego w baby3. Just pay attention if u start getting them consistently, like once every 10/8 mins then it's most likely the real thing. Also time how long they last & how far apart they are. Once u have a pattern down call Ur dr to see if they want u to go in.

I'll be 33 weeks on Wednesday I didn't think they were contractions there not spaced evenly very random does it mean he might be coming sooner than expected I had an appt today (he's 4lbs 10oz)  but forgot to talk to him about them because we went straight to the ultrasound room but I'll pay more attention to how frequent they're coming

I'm 32 weeks and on my second baby and been having actual contractions lately too... the doctor said it's common for some women to have the real thing early on every now and then.... as long as they are space far apart, your water haven't broke and no signs of bleeding or extreme discomfort it will be fine.... if I was you I'll tell my OB about it.... cause as a result to it happening to me my doctor wants me to check in 2 to 3 times a week!

Drink a bottle of water and lay on your left side
That stops contractions from what my ob told me
How many weeks are you?

There is a good possibility they are contractions. Unless they are evenly spaced I wouldn't worry to much, but definitely let your doctor know.
