Pre term labour ?

so for the past 24 hours I've been dealing with consistent lower back pain, abdominal cramp like feeling , a lot more pelvic pressure , sharp shooting vaginal pains , stomach tightening , headaches on and off , frequent urination and bowel movements . I'm a FTM of twins 34+4 weeks , not sure whether to call L&D or wait it out until the morning . Still have a fair amount of baby movement from both , twin a breech , twin b transverse. Any suggestions ?

When u worked at the hospital alot of mom's I saw come in with twins delivered between 34 an 36 weeks. Couple be labor momma call l&d they should have you come in t ok be checked out

I Would call L&D it might be nothing but you also don't want them trying to come out at home this early either.

i would call the L&D department or your doctor's office if they're still open. Good luck!
