Agree I take at night and have very little nausea.  Tried a couple brands and found that citranatal is the best for me and doesn't have that chalky nauseating odor to it like other vitamins.

I use nature made prenatals. They are soft gel. They go down smooth and  have  no taste. I love them!

I had to switch to nights too! They made me nauseous and gag all day long. I have no problem with them now.

My doctor said everyone needs to take prenatal vitamins. I can't take mine in the morning either due to my thyroid meds, so I also take mine at night. Now there's no problem. I would try to start taking them at a different time of day. You could also try gummies if the big horse pills were causing swallowing issues.

I used to throw up when I took them in the morning. I switched to nighttime and haven't had trouble with them since.
