Results of TVS

I had TVS on 17 Oct'14 which resulted the following :--
GA BY LMP - 7 Wks 6 Days
GA BY USG - 6 Wks 1 Days

A Single intra uterine gestational sac see --->
CRL - 0.49cm = 6 wks 1 day
GS   - 0.97 cm

FHR not seen yet.
A healthy yolk sac seen of diameter 0.17 cm
Cervical Length measure 3.66 cm in length
Internal Os is closed.
No subchorionic collection seen

Repeat scan after 2 Wks.

Please help me ! Is it normal or something going wrong !!

Since I haven't any problem like pain, discharge etc..

I am persisting with all the symptoms like nausea, vomitting..

Any one who can help me ??

Sooo... This is what I'm thinking it means....

Gestation age according to last menstrual period is 7weeks 6 days
Scan is showing gestational age of 6weeks 1 day so baby is measuring smaller then it should by 1 wk 5days (are you 100% sure about dates?)

Foetal heart rate not seen (could b too early)

Yolk sac is what feeds the baby between conception and 12 weeks so that's a good sign

I have no idea what the rest should be (measurements etc) so can't help u with that part! Sorry
