Soooooo. Ftm and i am furious!!!!

So I ended up with gushing fluids out of my vagina at 2 am this morning and then I started bleeding and so I went to the hospital and tested positive that my water broke. Well I'm losing my mucus plug at the same time and guess what. THEY SENT ME BACK TO MY HOUSE AFTER TESTING POSITIVE THAT MY WATER BROKE. I am not going to sit here and get treated dirty by this hospital....

Any updates? Muy ob said never to go around with broken waters any longer than a couple of hours... Infection could be really serious...

Sitting in the hospital won't protect your baby any more than sitting at home. I wouldn't let it get the best of me. Take this time to eat that last meal and walk around to get labor really going...because once you're admitted that's it...ice chips only! That baby's coming as they can't let you go more than 24 hours with your water broke. Good luck and congrats in advance!

Wow the hospital should not send you home after your water breaks, you are at higher risk of infection and baby needs to be monitored to make sure he/she is not in distress. Call your ob/gyn or go to a different hospital asap.

No, no, no!!! Don't! Once your water breaks you need to be under constant surveillance! Baby could get an infection since it's no longer protected. Call emergency, or your doc, or go to another hospital. For yours and your baby's sake, don't sit at home.
All the best mommy!!!
