I do it every time i get out of the shower
Cocoa butter for me as well! 2 kids and no stretch marks :-)
Unfortunately I think is genetic and not amount of cream will help, if you get them...you get them. However in Italy all the pregnant mums use almond oil and most of them swear it keeps the stretch marks at bay. Good luck!
I use ItWorks stretch mark cream. Love it!
Apply baby lotion or vitamin e oil as early as now. Thats what the doctor advised me to do.
Thanks everyone for your advice! I may try a combo of the cocoa butter stick and vitamin e. I guess like many things in life, it doesn't require anything fancy or expensive - id always much rather stick to the basics!
I've been using coconut oil and vitamin e oil. I sure hope it works. I was using bio oil but the smell and price were bothering me...
Unfortunately there is not much you can do and it is suggested that it may be an inherited trait for some. Perhaps just try to keep your skin moisturised as usual? I'm quite sceptical of these expensive products that claim to prevent stretchmarks. Try not to use soaps that dry out your skin and just use a normal moisturiser or baby oil if you have that.
