My daughter subluxated my ribs and sprained my intercostal muscles on my right side at 32 weeks last time. It really is the worst. Sometimes a warm shower, hot eater bottle, or ice pack can help. Massage sometimes helps too. Start at the spine and push outwards. Other than that we grin and bear it.

Sorry hun, its only going to get worse. Its baby growing and running out of room. Im always telling hubby that baby wants to come out the top of my belly. I have heard of babies getting their feet stuck between their mums ribs in utro. Not a nice feeling im sure.

Normal, mine did it too. If it's too painful let your doc know, they might have good recommendations to get baby to move away from that tight spot.
