After baby you can loose weight pretty easy. I've been back to prepregnacy weight w/in 4 months. I've nursed my last 2 babies, nursing helps burn calories. However, if nursing U don't want to diet. Don't take any diet pills. Plus when nursing you really do feel hungry. The best thing to do is eat healthy. Protein, veggies & fruit. Workout, but don't over do it. If U workout too much/hard it will effect Ur milk supply as well as dieting or eating less. I've always been able to maintain myself by eating healthy while prego & I do prenatal yoga, I do a prenatal workout DVD & walk at least 4 times a week. Not to loose lbs but to keep muscle tone. After baby 2 I started working out when she was 7 months & w/in 5 months was in better shape than ever. It takes time & every1 is different, but give Ur body a chance to recover from the pregnancy.
