Toiletries,ChapStick, 2/3 underwear, your going home outfit,pads,socks/slippers, night gown, bra, snacks. For baby ask hospital. mine supply everything for baby. if yours don't pack onesie, socks,no scratch mittens and hat
I'll add thank you cards for the nurses and your baby's memory book or a journal if you have one. Just to record your experience while it's fresh. You may also need a towel as the hospital ones are tiny. Makeup if you want it, camera, phone charger, something to read or watch TV on, eye mask, nursing bra if you plan to breastfeed. I also swear by adult diapers. They contain all the grossness and protect your clothes from getting ruined. You bleed A LOT the first 2-3 days.
I recommend taking a small personal fan. I needed one last time so I am taking one.
If you have long hair bring elastics and a head band of some sort to keep any hair away from your face
