I work 4 days a week on week alternating and 8 hour day and a 12 hour day. Then I have 2 days off. I go back and work 3 days then have 5 days off. My job can be difficult but I love it because I only work 14 days out of a month. I'm not taking leave til I'm in labor.

I work on an ambulance  13 hrs a day 3 days a week.  Of course I still have to lift but my partner is a male who does majority of the heavy lifting.  I leaving  March 20 and that will give me 12 weeks  FMLA. I cant  return  back to work until the Dr clears me anyway (6 weeks) I  plan to be a  stay at home mom  anyways  so I won't return. I cant quit until I have the baby because I need the insurance

I'm in the same boat. My boss and I discussed it and we are going to split up my 4 days with a day off in between. Hopefully that will help get me to the end and still working.
