advice on what to do please

Last night I got real upset (my emotions run through the roof of the tallest tower) and all night my chest has been hurting to where it woke me up Every time I would try to roll over. And now that it's morning I go to get up and I felt like I has a bolder on my chest. I took a warm bath and I thought it was feeling better but as soon as I stood up it felt worse than when I got in. I'm not sire what it is or what to do about it... any advice On what to do??

I ended up going to the chiropractor because my mom has a friend at work that had a rib misplaced during her pregnancy and it caused her to not be able to breathe to well. And it turned out I had 4 ribs misplaced and both hips out of line. As soon as she popped my ribs back in place I could instantly breathe again. But I have had panic attacks in the past and that's exactly what it felt like minus my heart racing. But thank you veryuch for responding. Sorry it took a while to respond the weather down here has had everything out of wack and nothing g was coming g through on my phone.

I'm sorry.. Try to relax.. Maybe go for a walk get some fresh air. It's sounds like a panic attack. Panic attacks are extremely crippling. I've had them, they are awful, it's like someone is pushing so hard on Ur chest and U can't catch Ur breath. They are no joke. If it doesn't stop or U keep getting them, talk to Ur dr ASAP, they can put U on something (that's safe to take when prego) to help, even if it's temporary.
