acid reflux

Anyone else have this problem? I get acid reflux everyday and I take meds for it. if I lay on my Left side I'm fine, if I lay on my right, I get acid reflux BAD

I get this too. I've been sleeping in a recliner for the better part of my third trimester. I refuse to take anything for it, so I really can't complain too much. Only a week left until my little princess comes so I think I can stick it out. I've heard it all goes away after the birth - I really hope my friends are right!

Try to drink a glass of cold milk before going to bed, it works for me

Yep, when I lay on my right side it gets worst! Some nights are better than others. Typically I drink 2tsp of apple cider vinegar in a small glass of water when it becomes unbearable. 7 weeks to go. Ready for this to be over!

On and off all day and night im taking meds too its driving me insane!!! Makes me feel sick :-( xx

Yep acid reflux, can't breath, uncomfortable, alot of weight and the baby wakes up and moves a ton.... at night is just the worst for me

Yep, same here. Even water gives me acid reflux and heartburn nowadays. Oh, the joys of pregnancy! :)
