need advice

I Only smelled it once. It was 3 days ago that I had sex with my man amd noticed a fishy smell. I had already taken a shower but he hasn't. Either way I never smelled that before on us. He said he didn't smell anything at all but I did. I noticed it every time I peed that day so I took another shower and still smelled. Only whem I whiped it with a towel up my vaj. There's no discharge at all. I havent smelles it in 3 days. Should I be worried at all. Bacteria vaginosis is bad to have while pregnant. I'm 18 weeks and hurd around to use meteonidazole cream but if I don't have bv, I dont want to cause an infection of I don't already have one. Just trying to save a very long drive to doctors

I had to be treated for BV. I was told that women with BV have higher micarraige rates. Tome to go for a drive

This is at least the second post I've read from you about the same thing... Take everyone's advice and go to the doctor!! I know it's expensive where u live and probably is a long drive but for peace of mind and the health of ur baby just bite the bullet and go! Trying to treat it yourself could just make it worse... If the doctor fobs u off don't take no for an answer, ask for a swab and a prescription for something to fix it

i've had it before. it's easily treatable but go to the doc asap to get the right cream! if you just let it go nuts, then it can be bad for your pregnancy. just call your ob and get it done with. got to love the female body sometimes...

I also had the same problem after sex and during and he didn't notice either, it would go away after a day and wouldn't come back until we did it again. I told my doctor and she said it was because sperm messed with the pH of the vagina and that I had BV she gave me a clear cream and it has been gone since. Call your doctor to get treated ASAP
