18 weeks. Have aweful/ painful gas! Its very umcomfortable and to top that off stomach pains.

Im very  constipated and gassy.  I get trapped gas too which is why I am in so much pain....***** but I guess better than morning sickness

I'm 20 weeks today and I also am having awful heart burn/gas my whole pregnancy I take anti acids chewable tablet and it seems to help for awhile !

I know what you mean... Sometimes it hurts so much, it's hard to concentrate... I know that I fell better on days I eat bio yogurt,and lots of vegetables, though I try to avoid gassy foods like cabbage, broccoli etc. Oh! And acupuncture helps me A LOT
