When are you ladies having your baby shower?

I don't know dates of mine will be . I know my boyfriends family is throwing me one and my friend slash boss is having one for me. They both asked me before or after baby is born I want after baby is born. I know I am healthy and baby is healthy just want to make sure they are here  and  well before everyone buys stuff for the baby.
Even though I find out gender next week my area is often wrond too another factor I have thought about having shower ahead of time . so far iam just buying the essentials diapers , crib, car seat , stroller ect. Everyone is different that was my decision.

I'm having two, one for my family and friends and then one for my boyfriends family due to them living farther away. They're April 5th and 6th and I'm due June 6th.

Mine is April 11th :) I'm due June 18th I wanted to make sure I'm still going to have time to get everything I need for my little prince before he makes his arrival

I just found out about my surprise one this Sat lOl!!! My 5yr old dtr was playing with my husband's phone and he got msgs from his fam telling him they'll be tthere this Sat for my shower and to tell me it's our nephew's party. Hahaha I'm excited and I'm sure my mom's throwing another but idk when. P.s. I'm still pretending idk lol!
