balancing cravings/nausia/am i allowed this?

Trying to balance what i crave vs what makes me feel sick vs what im actually allowed to eat is so frustrating! For a start all i want is what im not allowed as its all my fav food like sushi (with raw fish) and very rare steak, runny eggs, mayo! Not fair! The only thing i can eat without getting super sick seems to be very cold and very fresh food! Like i wanted a ham butty earlier and had to go out and buy fresh of everything and have it in the fridge for a while first (even the bread!) My second pregnancy and was sick last time but wasnt so fussy or sick as this time!!  Anyone else having the same issues?

Now i cant eat anything thats fried...i used to looove fried foods. Chinese foods is a no-no for me...i do love fresh fruits with yogurt...and celery sticks! Also dried fruits like raisins...

I think ill have to find some raw-less sushi, though it wont be the same! Frozen grapes do the trick for my tummy :)

I totally am the same, I crave what I can't have and all I can eat is fresh stuff without feeling sick. I love sushi and sashimi. I found that sushi (without anything raw) sat very well in my stomach and if made me feel good the next day too.
