Google carpal tunnel syndrome. It's a common side effect of pregnancy due to all the extra fluid in our body putting pressure on the bundle of nerves in our wrists that lead to our hands
Oh good! I thought i was the only one. Is there anything to do to relieve the pain
Oh my goodness that happens to me too but it's my whole hand. I thought at first that it was because I was laying on my hand but that wasn't the case. It happens every single night.
The baby is probably lying on a nerve. Or you could just be sleeping wrong. My lil one is somehow on a nerve that effects my right arm/hand. It goes numb at night & even during the day.
