benadryl for sinus draining problem?

anyone have this work for them? I'm fed up my sinuses have been draining down the back of my throat for over a month, today its been so bad its made be super queasy to point i actually had to take a zofran to keep breakfast down. I've just been dealing with it up untill now, but i'm going to get some benadryl today in hopes it lessens or stops it, as its getting to the point its interfering with my sleep.

Put vapour rub on your feet and cover with socks. Works like a charm

oh goodness i made the mistake of buying it on my way to go see my dad, i took it in the car (its a 45 minuet drive) and part way there it kicked in, i was so sleepy...it did seem to work though so thats something...but feeling drugged while visiting my dad felt weird.

I plan to take two (the box says you can take up to two at one time no more then 6 a day) before bed cause that tends to be when it gets the worst...plus i could deal with a decent nights sleep i've not had a good nights sleep in days because i wake up gagging or coughing thanks to the draining down my throat multiple times a night. blegh not fun at all.

I completely know the feeling! Going on 5 months now. I wake up all stuffy, as soon as I blow my nose it breaks and starts draining. I end up coughing so bad ab andd gagging on it that I about throw up. They have even given me round of antibiotic and allergy meds, musinex, nasal spray... nothing works
