You can try pelvic tilts. Raise your pelvis 12" with pillows or something for 15 mins twice a day. It killed my back when I did it but he did turn head down. I've also heard that putting cold things on top of his head/your belly will sometimes encourage them to turn
Dr can turn the baby if needed. I've heard that certain yoga poses help the baby turn naturally. My little man was transverse until 35 weeks then turned head down on his own. Good luck!!!
